Tofu Steak with Fresh Ginger Sauce Recipe



Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving
3  ounces
1  teaspoon
1/2  tablespoon
1/4  tablespoon
1  tablespoon
Directions:

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

Sauté tofu steaks for 2 minutes per side, or until golden.

Combine grated ginger, wine and soy sauce.

Pour wine mixture over tofu, cover pan and simmer another 3 minutes.

Serve tofu with sauce left in pan.
